Recently refined, this traditional single-story villa offers a tranquil haven amidst a beautifully manicured garden. The air-conditioned living space invites relaxation, featuring comfortable furnishings and seamless access to the expansive terrace, blurring the lines between indoor comfort and outdoor splendor. Adjacent to this serene lounge, a dedicated dining area awaits, comfortably seating up to eight guests for intimate meals. The fully equipped kitchen is prepared for any culinary endeavor, from crafting local specialties to delightful beverages.

Step onto the elegant wooden terrace, a true oasis designed for ultimate relaxation. A magnificent heated swimming pool appears to merge with the deep blue ocean, inviting refreshing dips while offering uninterrupted sea views. Minimum Stay in our St Barts Villas

To ensure each villa is prepared to an impeccable standard for your arrival, a minimum stay of 5 to 7 nights is typically required. The extensive care and resources dedicated to preparing a private residence differ significantly from a hotel, necessitating a longer stay to deliver the exceptional experience you deserve. During the festive season, this minimum may be extended to 14 nights. Should your travel dates fall within the next 45 days or align with a gap in our calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. We invite you to speak with our reservation team to discuss your personal travel requirements.

How many people can stay in a villa booked?

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, our villas typically limit guest occupancy to two people per bedroom. This maximum guest count is a firm rule for each property. In select cases, and only with prior owner approval, it may be possible to accommodate one extra guest, which may incur additional charges for a rollaway bed or a nightly surcharge. Please be aware that all children and infants must be included in your total party size, as they count towards the villa's official occupancy limit. Because each property has its own specific regulations, we advise confirming the guest capacity for your chosen villa with our team before booking.

Can I wash my clothes at the villa?

To ensure a truly carefree escape, each of our St Barts villas is appointed with a washing machine, and most include a dryer. These amenities are attended to by your dedicated housekeeper, who is available to assist with your personal laundry for a modest fee, allowing you to travel light and embrace a seamless vacation experience. Kindly note that our villas in St. Barts are an exception to this offering. While direct guest use of these appliances is not customary due to insurance considerations, our concierge is at your service to explore any specific needs you may have.
