From 3:00 pm. We'll meet you at the villa on arrival at your convenience. Early check-in from 10:00 am and onwards charged at 50% of the regular daily rate. Early check-in before 10:00 am charged at 100% of the regular daily rate. * These additional fees include the cost of our chef to prepare lunch.
Check-out:By 11:30 am. Late check-out until 6:00 pm charged at 50% of the regular daily rate. Late check-out after 6:00 pm charged at 100% of the regular daily rate.

Villa Aye’s expansive grounds, stunning views, luxurious fittings, numerous bedrooms and dining areas, outstanding service facilities and dedicated staff are perfect for weddings and corporate functions of up to 150 people. A pool platform may be provided by a wedding planner and set against a dramatic backdrop and radiant sunset, for the perfect ceremony and first dance. Moreover, the villa’s eight bedrooms make it ideal for large wedding parties to stay together.
Events
For weddings and events, the Lessee and/or the Guest will be required to pay an event fee. A plan for the event must be submitted to the Guest Experience Specialist
for approval at least 1 month prior to the date of the wedding or event.
